Our time together is so fleeting,
That I can never remember your voice,
But time, nor distance,
Nor anything else could kill,
My heart’s aching for you.
And if we ever shall reunite,
No doubt I will be tounge tied as ever,
From your spell binding grace,
I’ll do my best though,
To stammer out my intent.
For though you are my fierce desire,
One who I wish to know in every way possible,
I also know the impossibility of such things,
But I shall not abandon all such notions,
But rather satisfy the most basic of them.
And I will trifle you my love,
For a single kiss,
Surely you could spare one,
To a heart so burning for you,
No matter how you may view me,
Could you bless me with this one thing?
